Take the first step today to empower your child for a thriving future.
I'm Nina Jane Patel, an experienced movement psychotherapist dedicated to helping children find balance and resilience in a rapidly evolving digital world.
I support children & young people who have experienced trauma in digital/virtual environments or who are experiencing addiction, disassociation and/or struggle to find balance. I work with families and parents/carrgivers to prevent harm. Drawing on my extensive experience in somatic practices, innovative technology, and digital safety, I specialize in guiding young minds through the challenges of modern life. My approach is rooted in the belief that a child’s well-being is nurtured when body and mind are in harmony. In an era where technology plays an ever-increasing role in our daily lives, I work closely with families to develop practical strategies that integrate healthy digital habits with physical and emotional wellness.
With a background that combines rigorous training as a movement psychotherapist, academic research and real-world application as both an tech innovator and a parent, I offer a unique perspective on digital-holistic wellness. I have worked with child protection organisations both in the UK and US and I am an invited speaker to international conferences on online safety. But most importantly, I help children cultivate a grounded sense of self, foster emotional intelligence, and build the resilience needed to navigate both online and offline challenges.
Whether you're looking for one-on-one therapy sessions, family workshops, or actionable guidance on integrating somatic practices into your child's daily routine, my mission is to support you in creating environments where children can flourish. Together, let’s empower the next generation with the tools they need to thrive, embracing a future where technology enhances human connection and well-being.
